Job description
Overview
Blowair is seeking a Project Engineer specializing in HVAC systems to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields are encouraged to apply. Local applicants and those available to start immediately will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee installation and execution of HVAC projects on-site to ensure proper implementation.
- Coordinate effectively with technicians, vendors, and clients for smooth project operations.
- Track project progress while maintaining high standards of quality and safety compliance.
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), planning materials, and keeping comprehensive site reports.
- Support project billing activities and handle related documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical or a related discipline.
- 0 to 2+ years of experience in HVAC project execution and supervising onsite activities.
- Knowledge of ducting systems, piping, VRF units, Split ACs, and ventilation frameworks.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawings.
- Experience with Testing and Commissioning (T&C) of HVAC installations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Preference given to local candidates.
- Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
