Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Program Manager, the Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring the effective delivery of our Cloud program across North America. This role serves as a pivotal liaison between regional technology teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners, facilitating governance, planning, communication, and execution across multiple project workstreams.

Based in Sydney (Mascot), Melbourne (CBD), or Port Kembla, this position offers a unique opportunity to engage with global stakeholders, work with contemporary cloud technologies, and gain experience in managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate workshops, planning sessions, and project activities within North American regions.
  • Assist in resource allocation and coordination for assessment and migration efforts.
  • Track and monitor the progress of project actions, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and escalation of risks or issues as needed.
  • Maintain key governance documentation including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, status reports, and decision registers.
  • Support communication initiatives, stakeholder engagements, and change management operations.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain information repositories.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for program personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with partners such as Microsoft, DXC, Lab3, and internal technology teams to drive program success.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination or program support within large or complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication capabilities.
  • Experienced in tracking and managing risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
  • Familiarity with project governance, reporting, and change management methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and effectively engage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with enterprise technology or transformation initiatives is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks such as PMBOK, Prince2, or MSP is advantageous.
