Role Overview
The Program Manager for Leadership & Professional Development is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of programs that cultivate leadership skills and professional growth across the company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR leaders to craft program strategies aligned with company goals and talent management plans.
- Create tailored development programs for multiple groups, including front-line staff, high-potential employees, new managers, and mid-level leaders.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of learning programs—from conceptualization through delivery and evaluation.
- Work closely with senior leadership and HR to assess organizational capability gaps.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners such as facilitators, instructional designers, and vendors to deliver quality content.
- Monitor program statistics, participant outcomes, and return on investment to ensure effectiveness.
- Maintain a consistent and engaging learning experience for all cohorts and offerings.
- Oversee all program communications, schedule management, and logistical arrangements.
- Implement continuous improvements based on learner feedback and data analysis.
- Regularly report program results and impact to HR leadership.
- Occasionally provide training sessions for senior-level audiences as required.
Key Performance Indicators
- Participation rates, course completion, and participant retention.
- Demonstrated growth in leadership and professional abilities.
- High satisfaction and engagement from stakeholders.
- Scalability of programs and efficiency in operations.
Candidate Qualifications
- Five to eight or more years of experience in program management or learning and development.
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Background working with leadership development initiatives both internally and externally.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable using metrics to analyze and demonstrate program effectiveness.
- Preferred experience in mentorship or coaching roles.
- Reliable, accountable, and adept at solving problems creatively.
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected base salary ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, plus an annual bonus, tailored to experience and qualifications.
