• Bring stakeholders together, clear dependencies, and resolve operational obstacles.
• Contribute to strategic projects through research, analysis, problem solving, and hands-on implementation.
• Maintain strong visibility with status updates, dashboards, and progress reports.
• Introduce process rigor and organized execution in a fast-paced setting.

What We’re Looking For

• 0 to 3 years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, consulting, founder’s office, or a comparable function.
• Strong sense of ownership, dependable execution, and comfort working through ambiguity.
• Clear communication, strong stakeholder handling, and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to break down problems, create workable plans, and independently push outcomes forward.
• Sharp attention to detail, while still understanding the broader business picture.
