Position Overview

The Program Executive acts as a senior leader responsible for overseeing the delivery of a diverse portfolio of complex, customer-centric programs. This role guides project execution from contract award through engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning/start-up, and closure, ensuring consistent adherence to safety, quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives. The role serves as the primary executive interface with customers, building trust through transparent communication and reliable governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage delivery performance across multiple programs/projects with focus on safety, quality, schedule, cost control, margin, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead project execution from kickoff to closeout, promoting planning discipline and readiness.

  • PMP or equivalent project/program management certification is required.
  • Strong background in control systems integration technologies such as PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, industrial networking, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
  • Executive presence with strong influencing and communication skills directed at senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial expertise covering budgeting, forecasting (including cost-to-complete and estimate-at-completion), and margin management.
  • Proven operational and program control discipline across cross-functional teams.
