Role Overview
REAPRA PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated intern to support its Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) and Purpose Design programs in Australia. The work focuses on helping participants explore identity, purpose, worldview, and life mission, while also improving the overall learning experience through research, documentation, and program enhancements.
Duration
This assignment runs for 2 months, with the possibility of being extended or converted into a permanent role depending on organisational requirements and mutual fit.
About the Organisation
Reapra is developing a different model of entrepreneurship that aims to solve long-term systemic challenges through sustainable, human-centred ventures.
A major part of this model is the Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) program and the Purpose Design program, which are designed to help people better understand their past, present identity, and life mission so they can align their work and life with meaningful direction.
What the Role Involves
This position sits at the overlap of facilitation, participant support, research, and program development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with participants through reflective and sometimes open-ended conversations, while also contributing ideas to strengthen the structure and delivery of the programs.
The role is especially suited to someone who enjoys working with people, can adapt to different personalities and situations, and is able to listen carefully and respond with sensitivity. It also requires initiative and the ability to operate effectively in a changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of IFD and Purpose Design sessions centred on identity exploration, worldview development, and framing life mission.
- Work alongside facilitators to help create a productive and engaging learning environment.
- Observe participant interactions and look for ways to deepen involvement and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with participants throughout their journey.
- Serve as a steady point of contact and provide ongoing support.
- Communicate with care and adjust your approach to suit different individuals and situations.
- Carry out research that helps improve facilitation methods and the participant experience.
- Contribute to team discussions on strengthening existing frameworks and approaches.
- Record important insights, monitor participant progress, and keep documentation organised and accurate.
- Assist with internal coordination across multiple initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Currently studying or already completed a degree in psychology, sociology, education, organisational behaviour, business, philosophy, or a related field.
- Prior exposure to facilitation, mentoring, teaching, coaching, research, community work, or similar people-oriented roles is a plus.
- Ability to connect well with others and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
- Genuine curiosity about people, behaviour, and human development.
- Emotional intelligence and comfort engaging with differing viewpoints.
- Self-driven mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
- Strong work discipline and readiness to perform in fast-moving settings.
- Flexibility when handling open-ended conversations and changing situations.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage several responsibilities at once.
- Interest in contributing to wider social and systemic change.
Benefits
- Practical experience in facilitating and supporting meaningful learning experiences.
- Opportunities to help shape an evolving framework and program.
- Guidance from experienced facilitators and exposure to a global entrepreneurial network.
- Professional growth in facilitation, communication, and program design.
