Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is hiring a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support its Data Center Early Career Programs team. This contract role is focused on the smooth running of the Catalyst Data Center Trainee Programs as well as the wider early career portfolio, which includes intern and new graduate programs.

In this position, you will act as an operational partner to the Data Center OP Trainee Program Manager and the broader Early Career Programs team. Your work will help keep program delivery on track by handling communications, logistics, reporting, vendor coordination, procurement support, and other day-to-day program operations.

Program coordination and operations

  • Support the daily execution of the Catalyst Data Center Trainee Programs and other early career initiatives, working alongside the Catalyst Early Career Global Program Managers.
  • Organize calendars, timelines, milestones, and recurring activities tied to the program portfolio.
  • Maintain program files, trackers, shared resources, templates, and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate onboarding plans, training schedules, program events, engagement activities, and participant check-ins.
  • Monitor action items, deliverables, and deadlines to help ensure everything is completed on time.

Communications

  • Prepare, coordinate, and send communications to trainees, participants, managers, stakeholders, and program partners.
  • Handle recurring reminders, announcements, and other routine program messaging.
  • Support meeting setup, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up action tracking.
  • Act as a prompt and dependable contact for questions from participants and stakeholders.

Procurement, vendor coordination, and administrative support

  • Assist with purchase requisitions and purchase order processing for the Data Center Onboarding & Development team, including the Catalyst Early Careers teams and the Data Center Learning & Development team.
  • Work with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and outside vendors to support contract execution and vendor onboarding.
  • Track invoices, purchase requests, contract renewals, and vendor deliverables.
  • Keep accurate records of vendor relationships, program costs, and procurement activity.
  • Help with budget tracking and expense reporting for program-related spend.

Reporting and tracking

  • Maintain participant tracking tools, program dashboards, and operational reports.
  • Track participation, engagement, milestone progress, and other key metrics.
  • Ensure program records, documents, and participant data remain current and accurate.

Logistics and event support

  • Coordinate logistics for onboarding sessions, training programs, and other program activities.
  • Manage meeting invites, venue planning, material preparation, attendee tracking, and related arrangements.
  • Support both virtual and in-person events across multiple locations and time zones.

Continuous improvement

  • Identify ways to streamline operations, improve communications, and strengthen program coordination.

Requirements
