- Medical Laboratory Technology: Clinical Microbiology, Haematology, Histotechnology, Chemical Pathology, with Allied Health Professional Certificate mandatory.
- Liberal Studies: Mathematics and ICT in Computer Information Management & Computer Literacy.
- Agricultural Engineering: Postharvest Engineering or Irrigation Technology.
- Industrial Art: Fashion and Textiles.
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering: Power System Engineering and Renewable Energy Engineering.
- Computing & Information Technology: Computer Science and Computer Engineering.
- Mechanical Engineering: Mechanical (Plant) Engineering.
- Accounting and Finance: Accounting Software or Banking Software.
- Communication & Applied Art: Communication Design or Graphic Design.
- Mining Engineering: Mining Engineering disciplines.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Applicants must hold a doctoral degree (PhD) in a relevant field.
- Must currently hold or have held the rank of Professor or Associate Professor at a recognized tertiary institution.
- Must have at least four years of teaching experience at the Professor or Associate Professor level.
- Must demonstrate evidence of practical, applied scientific research and innovations linked to industry.
- Must show capability to undertake independent research.
- Membership in a recognized professional organization is advantageous.
