Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Financial Lines team in Brisbane. The role involves close collaboration with an esteemed Partner and experienced Special Counsel, handling a diverse range of professional indemnity and financial lines cases, with emphasis on high-value, complicated litigated disputes.

Scope of Work

• Managing professional negligence claims involving sectors such as accounting, financial advice, architecture, engineering, construction, health, and legal professions.
• Advising on Directors & Officers (D&O), management liability, coverage, and related financial lines matters.
• Welcoming candidates with prior professional indemnity or financial lines experience, as well as accomplished defendant insurance lawyers from fields like public liability interested in transitioning into financial lines.

Candidate Profile
