About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals with a passion for teaching and a desire to share their expertise. Candidates must reside in Spain. ADR Formación has over 25 years of experience delivering e-learning projects for our clients and we use a proprietary platform known for its simplicity.

We offer a wide range of courses developed by experts across multiple fields as part of our Talent Network. As a specialist in your domain, you will have the chance to develop and tutor your own course in our professional e-learning community.

Training and Support

We provide a comprehensive two-part training program where you will learn our methodology and gain access to advanced tools for course creation. Our team will support you pedagogically throughout the course development process.

Compensation and Contract

ADR Formación handles course marketing in various formats. As a content author, you will receive 40% of the revenue from course sales as detailed in a commercial contract. This is not an employment contract and there is no exclusivity; authors retain ownership of their developed content.

Certification and Opportunities

Upon completing the training, you will receive certificates verifying your ability to create online content. Demonstrating expertise in your field could lead to joining our Talent Network as both an author and online course tutor.

Responsibilities

• Create original course content and provide tutoring for it.
• Research, organize, and synthesize information to design effective learning experiences using our methodology.

Requirements

• A passion for teaching and proven relevant experience and formal training of at least 2 years in the subject area you wish to develop a course on.
• Residency in Spain is mandatory.
