Key Responsibilities
As a Production Trainee, you will be engaged in assembling various electronic items including speakers, headphones, earphones, CCTV devices, and related accessories. Your duties will encompass fitting components, performing wiring tasks, soldering (subject to training), conducting product tests, and preparing items for packaging and dispatch. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and precise work instructions is essential to ensure consistency and quality. You will also be responsible for guaranteeing that all finished products comply with the established quality benchmarks prior to shipment. Additionally, maintaining an orderly and clean workstation by implementing 5S methodologies is required to promote efficiency and safety.
