About the Role

The role is for a Production Team Member to join the Lietzke team in Hendon, South Australia. People with backgrounds in factory work, process work, production, or assembly are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and adjusting parts with hand tools and power tools.
- Aligning and fitting components according to the requirements of each job.
- Carrying out general factory duties, including cleaning, handling stock, machine-related support, maintenance tasks, and timber or metal work.
- Loading and unloading materials and preparing stock for production.
- Managing raw materials carefully to reduce waste.
- Working toward hourly output goals and performance KPIs.
- Checking finished work for quality and accuracy.
- Reporting any faulty or damaged goods.
- Maintaining a tidy, organised, and safe workspace.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a workshop, factory, manufacturing, assembly, production, or fabrication setting.
- Ability to use measuring and inspection tools such as a tape measure, pressure gauge, level, and square.
- Confidence in using power tools.
- A dependable attitude with the ability to work well in a team and also independently.
- Strong focus on workplace safety, including following WHS requirements and wearing PPE.
