Job Overview and Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with strong expertise in mechanical engineering and automotive manufacturing. Candidates with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and over 10 years of relevant experience are highly preferred. Alternatively, those holding a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with more than 14 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
The role demands extensive knowledge of automotive production processes and special purpose machine (SPM) manufacturing. Familiarity with job functions including fitting, welding, piping, and sheet metal fabrication is essential. The supervisor will oversee a labor team of approximately 20 personnel comprising welders, fitters, and helpers.
Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar design software is considered a valuable asset. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and maintain stringent adherence to deadlines and quality standards for deliverables and products.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered ranges between INR 35,000 and INR 45,000.
