Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee daily production schedules aligned with the company's priorities.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and ingredients necessary to support production plans.
• Coordinate production activities to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Track ingredient usage to minimize waste.
• Effectively communicate essential planning details across various departments.
• Identify and resolve issues related to inventory, labor, or production capacity.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Participate in daily planning meetings and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Maintain precise records and documentation pertaining to production plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the planning function.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in production planning, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with production planning software.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding setting.
• Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
