Production & Operations Intern

About the Role

We seek a motivated and energetic Production & Operations Intern to contribute to the planning and execution aspects of corporate events. This internship provides valuable practical experience in event production, working closely with vendors and managing logistics to ensure seamless event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Production team with preparations and execution of corporate event activities.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and venue contacts to coordinate event needs.
• Support logistics efforts including transportation and movement of event materials.
• Maintain detailed event production checklists and adherence to timelines.
• Manage inventory and track event assets effectively.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth event operations.
• Provide on-site assistance during events as needed.
• Compile and submit detailed post-event reports documenting outcomes and insights.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holder of a bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or similar fields.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with diverse teams and vendors.
• Willingness to travel and flexible to work varying hours during event periods.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to solve problems efficiently.
• Good command of MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the event management industry.
• Previous internships or volunteer experience in event environments considered a plus.
• Preference for candidates able to join immediately.

Additional Information

This is a 3-month internship role located in Bangalore with a monthly stipend of 10,000 INR. Candidates demonstrating strong capability may be considered for permanent roles post internship completion.
