Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-focused Production Designer to join our global team and partner closely with Marketing. This role entails hands-on design production, concentrating on high-volume asset creation, localization, and strict brand guideline compliance rather than concept origination or strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and produce marketing materials for global initiatives including digital campaigns, websites, social media, emails, presentations, events, and partner content.
  • Apply global brand systems, templates, and design frameworks to execute creative assets accurately.
  • Adapt and customize global creative assets to fit regional markets with cultural relevance, brand alignment, and precision.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to facilitate campaign rollouts, product launches, and continuous program support.
  • Work jointly with global creative and marketing counterparts to ensure conformity in specifications, formats, and delivery norms.
  • Juggle multiple concurrent design projects, balancing regional demands with global deadlines and production expectations.
  • Deliver final assets that satisfy technical requirements, localization standards, accessibility, and platform needs.
  • Incorporate stakeholder input effectively while preserving quality and timely output.
  • Maintain comprehensive organization of files, templates, and workflow documentation to promote scalable, repeatable design processes.

  • Support internal Digital Asset Management (DAM) and asset library accuracy.
  • Leverage AI technologies to augment and streamline creation, workflow, and output deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics, video, or 3D software such as After Effects, Premiere, Maya, or Unreal is advantageous.
  • Thorough understanding of brand systems, templates, typography, layout, and production benchmarks.
  • Capability to interpret creative briefs, specifications, and global directives accurately to produce completed assets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail focusing on accuracy, consistency, and quality assurance.
  • Strong organizational and time management acumen to handle multiple deadlines and deliverables effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across international, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience thriving in a structured, matrixed, and deadline-sensitive global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Background in professional design prioritizing production, execution, and localization.

  • Proven track record of delivering large volumes of creative outputs within predefined brand frameworks.
