We are seeking a Product Manager to lead REVIEWS.io, a cornerstone product integral to merchant trust, customer retention, and revenue growth. This position entails hands-on ownership of product strategy and execution while contributing to the evolution of product management within Clearer.io in the AI-driven future.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product strategy, roadmap, and monetization approach for REVIEWS.io, balancing short-term wins with long-term investments.
• Interact directly with merchants to identify authentic needs through continuous discovery and experimentation.
• Prototype solutions using advanced AI tools, validating concepts in sandbox environments before formal engineering specifications are created.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to align product deliverables with merchant requirements.
• Represent REVIEWS.io as a thought leader internally and externally, demonstrating how Clearer.io applications contribute to merchant growth.
• Shape the future of product management at Clearer.io by innovating tooling, workflows, and integrating AI agents effectively within the team.

What We Seek

• At least 4 years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS focused on eCommerce enablement or growth tools.
• Thorough understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and successful track record in managing product portfolios through various stages of growth.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with a bias for hands-on delivery.
• Proven ability to produce tangible business outcomes such as increased revenue, customer retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple levels.
• Acquaintance with subscription-based revenue models, tech-enabled services, and product-led growth methodologies.
• Passion for delivering superior customer experiences driven by data-centric product decisions.

Working Methodology

• Comfortable leveraging contemporary AI prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, and v0 to create and test concepts swiftly.
• Preference for demonstrating functional prototypes over static presentations.
• Experience integrating AI agents into workflows, discerning tasks to delegate, verify, or manage personally.
• Refined product judgment to evaluate AI-generated output critically ensuring quality and relevance.
• High autonomy with a strong inclination to ship products promptly, thriving in small, empowered teams rather than committee-driven environments.
