Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Genius (m/w/d) at our Leipzig branch to join our friendly and motivated sales team. This role involves the hands-on delivery of vehicles and supporting both customers and automotive dealers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Physically inspecting delivered vehicles to verify their equipment and features.
- Coordinating vehicle registration and organizing the delivery process with customers.
- Overseeing vehicle preparation, initial inspections, and commissioning any additional modifications or assemblies as required.
- Performing final quality checks concerning cleanliness, completeness, and any remaining tasks before handover.
- Facilitating the handover process to customers by explaining car functionalities, documentation procedures, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Managing vehicle returns for leasing and trade-ins during the collection of new cars by customers.
- Delivering the vehicle delivery documentation to the dispatch department.
- Organizing the vehicle display in collaboration with automotive sales personnel.
- Preparing and participating in fairs and events.
- Assisting the automotive sales team with administrative duties.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the automotive sector is advantageous.
- Candidates transitioning from other industries are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience within the automotive industry is desirable.
- Genuine interest in customer interaction and a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent command of German, both spoken and written, alongside superior communication capabilities.
- A dependable and well-organized working style.
