Product Designer

About the Role

As a Product Designer at Entain Australia & New Zealand based in Brisbane, you will be instrumental in crafting seamless and scalable product experiences that shape how customers engage with sports and entertainment daily. Entain hosts popular brands such as Ladbrokes, neds, TAB, betcha, Trackside, and Sport Nation, delivering innovative sports betting and gaming solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive product experiences by translating user needs and business goals into intuitive and high-quality solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and refined user interfaces that align with design systems and are adaptable across multiple brands.
• Work collaboratively with Product Managers and Engineers to outline features, enhance user flows, and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support and evolve design systems to maintain platform consistency and streamline development.
• Leverage user research, testing, and insights to guide design decisions and continuously enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in digital product design within a commercial setting, demonstrating strong UX and visual design abilities.
• Expertise with Figma and related tools such as FigJam or Miro for designing, prototyping, and fostering team collaboration.
• Experience managing and scaling UI across complex product ecosystems using design systems.
• Effective communication skills enabling clear articulation of design choices and productive teamwork across functions.

Preferred Experience

• Design experience for native iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with multi-brand or white-label product environments.
• Background working in dynamic, customer-focused industries like entertainment, gaming, or sports.
