Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to help define the future aesthetic and functionality of financial software. This role involves creating complex, fast, and visually appealing B2B products for demanding professional users. The Product Designer will play a pivotal role in establishing new design frameworks that will influence investment management tools globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative product interfaces that shape the investment management industry.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, engineers, and leadership to craft ambitious and distinctive user experiences.
• Maintain a sharp focus on minute design details and interaction quality, ensuring exceptional usability and aesthetics.
• Utilize AI technologies for rapid prototyping, experimentation, and validation of design concepts.
• Lead and execute design projects that span research, system creation, and detailed interaction work.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in product design.
• Strong passion for creating visually stunning products.
• Desire to build foundational designs and set standards in wealth management software.
• Keen eye for subtle design elements and user experience feel.
• Proficiency in employing AI tools for design innovation and rapid testing.
• Self-driven problem-solving mindset with ability to independently figure out solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing complex B2B products.
• Track record of building products from the ground up.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary ranging from $175,000 to $275,000.
• Equity through an aggressive initial grant along with annual performance-linked bonuses.
• Work from the beautiful West Village office featuring a terrace; in-person presence required five days per week.
