Principal / Senior Executive - Heavy Vehicle Parking

Role Overview

This position involves managing the approvals and licensing processes for Heavy Vehicle (HV) Parks and issuing Vehicle Parking Certificates. The incumbent will engage closely with HV park operators and vehicle owners to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Key Duties

• Investigate activities at heavy vehicle parking areas and take enforcement actions against operators causing obstructions in licensed parking lots.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
• Perform user acceptance testing on new system functionalities related to business processes and validate issue resolutions through follow-up testing.
• Analyze and summarize extensive data sets using advanced Excel functions to derive meaningful insights for complex queries.

Candidate Profile

• Knowledgeable in any academic discipline.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience in enforcement-related roles is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Highly adaptable with capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Preferably holds a Class 3 driving license.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Chinese dialects is advantageous due to stakeholder communication requirements.
