Position Summary
The Prevention Education Associate, reporting to the Chief of Operations, supports the Finance and Operations team by coordinating and delivering prevention education programs. This entry-level role, fully remote within the United States, involves acting as a main liaison for facilitators, participants, community partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution. The salary range is $35,000 to $42,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for facilitators and participants throughout the training lifecycle, providing professional, patient, and sensitive support.
- Address inquiries promptly and resolve issues to maintain a positive participant experience.
- Offer technical assistance by phone or email to facilitators and participants.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with community partners and program participants.
- Identify participant needs proactively and recommend improvements for program delivery.
- Collect and incorporate participant feedback for ongoing program enhancement.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to provide information on programs, address concerns, and resolve complaints.
- Manage logistics for all trainings to ensure proper data tracking and measurement of program impact.
- Oversee the Facilitator dashboard, including implementation and evaluation of tools and resources.
- Maintain best practices and standard operating procedures documentation.
- Track and handle incoming communications including tasks, emails, calls, and voicemails.
- Support Storefront orders, handle transaction issues, manage vendor accounts, and monitor training usage.
- Co-manage the Facilitator/Instructor experience alongside the Facilitator Network Specialist.
- Escalate support tickets and coordinate with team members as necessary across communication channels.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Learning Management Systems and online learning technologies, including course management, user support, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience, such as three or more years in administration, customer service, or program coordination.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Zoom, and Salesforce.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Basic IT troubleshooting capabilities.
- Confident telephone communication skills for client assistance, vendor collaboration, and issue resolution.
- Proficient computer use and analytical abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting organizational goals.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary ranges from $35,000 to $42,000. Benefits include a 401(k) plan, dental, health, life, and vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and a flexible schedule.
