President - Ready Mix Concrete Operations

Position Overview

We are conducting a confidential executive search for a President to lead a prominent and expanding ready-mix concrete company with a well-established market presence and a seasoned team. This role offers the chance to shape the future of the business, not just manage it.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the company’s strategy, operations, financial health, market growth, and talent development.
• Lead all aspects of business operations including commercial performance, logistics, production, safety, and organizational growth.
• Directly report to the Board of Directors and exercise comprehensive enterprise-level decision-making authority.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team to drive business success.
• Champion market expansion initiatives and drive long-term strategic growth.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant may currently hold executive roles such as President, General Manager, Vice President, Regional Vice President, Business Unit Leader, or Operations Executive in industries like ready-mix concrete, aggregates, construction materials, industrial manufacturing, or heavy civil construction.

• Proven leadership managing profitable business units with complete P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in increasing revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Experience managing multi-site operations with complex logistics.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Expertise in developing future leaders and high-performing teams.

Compensation

The role includes an executive-level compensation package ranging from $300,000 to $400,000+ annually.
