Role Overview
The President will be responsible for overseeing all operations and reporting directly to the company founder, Robért LeBlanc. This position requires translating leadership vision into actionable, disciplined plans and ensuring consistent execution throughout every property. As the highest-ranking operational role in the company, the President leads above the entire leadership team.

Compensation and Incentives
The salary range offered is between $200,000 and $225,000 annually, aligned with experience. Additional benefits include a performance bonus program and opportunities for equity or profit sharing.
