Presales Executive / Telecaller

About the Role

We are seeking proactive Presales Executives / Telecallers to efficiently manage inbound and outbound communications with potential clients interested in our projects. This role involves engaging with prospects to understand their needs, providing detailed project information, and coordinating with the sales team to drive site visits and conversions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls directed at prospective customers.
• Address queries received from digital channels such as websites, social media, and marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate leads by assessing customer requirements, budget constraints, preferred locations, and timelines.
• Present detailed information about projects including pricing, amenities, payment structures, and current offers.
• Arrange and schedule site visits in collaboration with the sales team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communications with leads via telephone, email, and SMS.
• Record and update customer engagement details and lead progression in the database system.
• Work closely with marketing and sales departments to streamline lead management efforts.
• Prepare and present reports on lead statuses and follow-up actions daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Meet individual key performance indicators related to lead qualification, site visit scheduling, and customer interactions.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 15000 and 30000 INR per month.
