Role Overview
An established Irish building contractor operating across Ireland and the UK seeks a Pre-Qualification Executive to join their Marketing team in Galway. This role requires a detail-oriented professional responsible for managing significant prequalification submissions, aiding business development, and contributing to securing future projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and coordination of prequalification submissions, including managing contributors, deadlines, and submission criteria.
- Create high-quality tender documents, PQQ responses, presentations, brochures, and related marketing materials.
- Assist business development by identifying new opportunities and preparing materials for client interactions and presentations.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, architects, project partners, and internal teams to support growth initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry standards, procurement frameworks, especially within the public sector, and current construction market trends.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in roles related to prequalification, tenders, bids, proposals, marketing, or business development, preferably in construction or allied sectors.
- Exemplary written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to produce polished documentation.
- Well-organized with demonstrated skills in managing multiple deadlines and coordinating complex submissions effectively.
- Confident working with diverse stakeholders and collaborating across departmental teams.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong presentation capabilities and project coordination expertise.
