Role Overview

TMZ, a leader in celebrity and entertainment news, seeks enthusiastic and driven interns for its Fall 2026 Internship Program. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in newsgathering, TV production, and digital content production within a vibrant entertainment news environment. Interns work closely with senior staff, attend dedicated speaker events, and gain comprehensive exposure to various facets of entertainment journalism.

Podcast Department Internship Responsibilities

• Support the Podcast Producer and Associate Producer by editing and producing audio clips tailored for social media distribution.
• Utilize skills in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Audition to assist with content creation (experience preferred but not mandatory).

Internship Details and Requirements

• The program runs from October through December 2026.
• Interns must commit to working at least 20 hours per week, structured as a minimum of two 10-hour days, starting shifts as early as 6:00AM.
• Candidates should be juniors or seniors currently enrolled in college.
• Applicants need to demonstrate relevant knowledge related to their field of study or previous experiences.
• Availability for the full internship duration is essential.

Compensation

This is a paid internship offering $18.42 per hour, with the final pay dependent on education, skill level, experience, and location.
