PMO Expert

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PMO Expert to establish and enforce standardized project management methods, frameworks, and governance protocols. This role involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, along with risks and interdependencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain consistent project management methodologies and governance standards.
• Track project timelines, financials, critical milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Equip project managers with necessary tools, advice, and assistance to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and updates for senior management.
• Identify risks and issues affecting projects, support risk mitigation strategies, and promote timely resolution.
• Ensure project execution aligns with organizational priorities, objectives, and agreed schedules.
• Continuously improve PMO processes, reporting criteria, and project implementation methods.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or similar fields.
• Demonstrable experience in PMO or project governance roles.
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies, reporting frameworks, and governance practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in handling complex technology-related projects.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates with backgrounds in telecommunications, technology, or technology service providers.
• Candidates should have relevant exposure to the technology sector, telecom industry, GCC markets, and managing complex project deliveries.
