PMO Consultant – Finance

Position Overview

We seek an experienced PMO Consultant specializing in Finance based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on diverse PMO financial tasks such as budgeting, cost management, reporting, and financial governance for projects and organizational transformations.

Key Duties

• Assist in PMO financial functions including preparation and control of budgets and forecasts.
• Compile and oversee financial reports, track project budgets and assess financial outcomes.
• Contribute to financial planning and detailed analysis for projects and business transformation efforts.
• Monitor expenditures, highlight variances, and follow key financial performance indicators.
• Collaborate with finance departments, project teams, and other stakeholders to maintain financial oversight.
• Support management with up-to-date PMO reporting and presentation preparation.

Necessary Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar discipline.
• Practical experience in finance-focused roles ideally within a PMO setting.
• Strong grasp of financial processes such as budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Mandatory possession of PMP certification.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, reporting skills, effective communication, and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the insurance sector is advantageous but not required.
