We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join a reputable private clinic in Altona, Victoria. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative setting alongside four other clinicians, providing a diverse range of musculoskeletal physiotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and create personalised treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments focused on musculoskeletal conditions.
• Prescribe and guide rehabilitation and exercise programs to facilitate recovery.
• Manage a dynamic caseload centered on musculoskeletal disorders.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting care strategies as necessary.
• Educate patients on recovery processes and long-term wellness strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with the wider clinical team to enhance patient care.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Current registration with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain registration.
• Genuine interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaborative work.
• Determination to grow professionally and expand clinical expertise.
