About the Role

Parfums de Marly is seeking a committed Photo Retoucher to become part of their creative team based in Dubai. This essential creative position focuses on delivering polished, sophisticated retouching work for all brand materials, covering digital content and international campaign visuals.

The successful candidate will merge technical expertise with an authentic luxury aesthetic, ensuring every image demonstrates finesse, accuracy, and uniformity. They will manage visuals ranging from fragrance product shots to expansive campaign imagery, reflecting the brand's refined identity across digital platforms, print, social media, and global communications.

Attention to fine detail, adaptability, and prior experience within beauty, fragrance, or luxury sectors are vital.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform refined and elegant retouching on all Parfums de Marly visuals, including assets for digital media, print, social channels, CRM, e-commerce, and campaigns.
• Enhance product images, campaign photos, textures, reflections, and subtle details while maintaining a natural yet premium appearance.
• Guarantee impeccable quality and flawless execution across every produced image.
• Maintain brand-wide visual consistency and harmony, ensuring alignment with artistic direction, brand identity, color grading, lighting, and luxury standards.
• Uphold coherence across campaigns, media platforms, and global communications.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions to improve final visual outcomes.
• Actively suggest advancements in retouching methodologies, image quality, and overall artistic presentation.
• Exhibit a strong eye for detail and visual sensitivity to continuously boost the brand's image quality.

Profile and Competencies

• Between 6 and 8 years of high-level photo retouching experience, particularly in luxury, beauty, fragrance, or fashion industries.
• Exceptional skills in Photoshop and advanced retouching methods; thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experienced in using AI-driven creative tools to improve image production, retouching efficiency, and innovation.
• Demonstrated expertise in retouching campaign images, product photos, digital assets, and global brand visuals.
• Strong aesthetic judgment aligned with luxury visual standards and consistent image presentation.
• Meticulous attention to detail, precision, and excellence in deliverables.
• Proactive with a solution-focused approach, enhancing final image quality.
• Excellent organizational skills capable of supporting dynamic, multidisciplinary workflows.
• Fluent English proficiency; familiarity with digital content and website image production is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or experience in motion design or 3D rendering is a plus.
