Job Overview
Rupa And Company Limited is seeking a seasoned Personal Assistant to the Director who will be pivotal in managing administrative responsibilities and ensuring efficient coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Director's calendar by scheduling meetings and managing travel logistics while handling confidential communications.
- Serve as the primary communication link between the Director, various internal teams, clients, and external vendors to maintain smooth interactions.
- Arrange and facilitate meetings including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and monitoring of follow-up actions.
- Assist in leadership meetings by documenting discussions and communicating decisions effectively.
- Keep organized documentation and maintain records meticulously.
- Provide succinct insights and summaries to support the Director in decision-making and prioritization.
- Conduct data analyses, generate Management Information System (MIS) reports, and create comprehensive presentations for review by leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Extensive experience of 10 to 15 years in roles such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar positions assisting senior leaders.
- Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities including pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulae.
- Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills paired with excellent time management and proactive anticipation of the Director’s needs.
