About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our team and contribute to optimizing our software's efficiency, scalability, and reliability. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement performance testing strategies while collaborating closely with engineers to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute performance testing plans utilizing Load Runner and JMeter tools.
• Examine test outcomes to discover performance limitations and offer practical solutions.
• Work jointly with development teams to embed performance testing within the software development process.
• Leverage Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnosing performance to maintain optimal application functionality.
• Develop comprehensive reports documenting test results and suggestions for improvements.

Qualifications

• Possess degrees such as B.Tech, BCA, B.E., or BSc in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
• Hold 3 to 9 years of hands-on experience in performance testing, especially proficient with Load Runner and JMeter.
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities for interpreting testing data to diagnose performance challenges.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace for monitoring application performance is preferred.
• Have proven expertise in conducting performance assessments in complex software settings.
• Exhibit strong teamwork skills to effectively collaborate across functional teams to improve performance.
• Possess excellent communication abilities to clearly present test results and propose recommendations.
