As the company expands across markets, the workforce and systems complexity increases, and this position plays a critical role in ensuring the technology ecosystem supports growth while enabling insightful, data-driven talent decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve the roadmap for Snoonu's People technology platforms, maintaining scalable systems that adapt to business expansion.
- Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and configuration of core HR systems and related technologies.
- Automate and simplify People & Culture processes to reduce manual work and enhance user experience for employees and managers.
- Collaborate with Technology teams and vendors on system integrations, architecture, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Define standards for system ownership, data governance, quality, access, and maintain thorough documentation.
- Evaluate new People Technology solutions with a focus on scalability, integration, and return on investment.
- Integrate new entities, countries, or organizational structures smoothly into the technology ecosystem.
- Build the organization’s People Analytics capabilities by establishing consistent data structures, governance, and analytical methodologies.
- Work with People & Culture leaders to clarify the talent-related questions analytics should address beyond basic reporting.
- Develop frameworks for analyzing workforce composition, organizational health, hiring, retention, performance, succession planning, cost, and more.
- Combine people data with financial and operational metrics to reveal relationships between talent management and business outcomes.
- Present complex workforce data as clear insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Lay the groundwork for advanced, predictive analytics on workforce trends.
- Partner with Finance, Strategy, and business leaders to strengthen workforce planning, headcount governance, and scenario modelling.
- Support strategic workforce decisions including organizational design, restructuring, expansion, mergers & acquisitions, and talent investments with analytical insights.
- Serve as the liaison between People & Culture and technical/data teams, translating requirements into scalable technology and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence to define data needs, architecture, and visualization while keeping People & Culture in control of business questions.
- Engage with Finance to align workforce data, payroll, and budgets effectively.
- Develop data literacy within People & Culture, fostering evidence-driven decision making.
Required Experience & Skills
- At least 7 years in People Analytics, HR Technology, HRIS, workforce analytics or related fields, with significant involvement in both technology and analytics.
- Proven experience implementing, optimizing, or scaling HR technology platforms.
- Strong knowledge of People data models, HR metrics, data governance, and workforce analytics methodologies.
- Capable of translating complex, ambiguous talent-related questions into well-defined analytical problems.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Business Intelligence, Finance, Technology, Strategy, and HR.
- Analytical mindset that goes beyond reporting to provide diagnosis, interpretation, and recommendations.
- Understanding of workforce planning, organizational metrics, talent acquisition, retention, performance, and other key HR domains.
- Experience working within high-growth organizations operating across multiple markets is highly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical leaders.
- Adaptability to develop foundational systems in evolving and dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL, Business Intelligence tools, HRIS integrations/APIs, data modelling, automation, or statistical analysis is advantageous, though not primarily a dashboard developer or data engineer role.
- Ability to design ecosystems, identify correct questions, set proper structures, and coordinate stakeholders in technology and analytics domains.
