About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and compassionate People Partner to oversee the comprehensive employee experience and lead talent initiatives across our corporate and clinical teams. Reporting to the VP of People, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and management, guiding them to overcome team challenges, address complex remote employee relations, and develop clear career advancement plans. Your contributions will include managing smooth execution of performance and compensation cycles and launching impactful engagement initiatives to strengthen our culture, enhance leadership skills, and empower our distributed workforce to excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for corporate and clinical teams including virtual onboarding, conducting exit interviews, and running pulse surveys to convert employee feedback into meaningful cultural enhancements.
- Serve as the primary contact for complex remote employee relations and dispute resolution, offering empathetic, objective guidance while ensuring compliance and thorough documentation.
- Partner with the VP of People to design and implement the annual performance review process, including creating training resources, establishing review frameworks, and facilitating equitable performance calibrations.
- Coach managers to handle difficult conversations, resolve team conflicts, and apply performance management tools effectively to enhance team performance.
- Support the annual promotion and compensation review processes by developing approval workflows and training managers for transparent communication of compensation decisions.
- Collaborate with department leaders to build and maintain clear career growth frameworks and progression pathways across teams and levels.
- Design and deliver virtual training programs for corporate staff and facilitate leadership development initiatives aimed at enhancing managerial capabilities.
- Identify critical organizational roles and develop internal succession plans; assist managers in creating customized development plans for high-potential employees.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner, preferably in a fully remote environment.
- Experience supporting both corporate employees and hourly or clinical staff, with a strong grasp of their distinct engagement and operational needs.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and investigations remotely, balancing empathy with compliance and documentation rigor.
- Direct experience in designing and executing company-wide talent initiatives such as performance calibrations, promotion cycles, and compensation reviews.
- Strong skills in coaching managers through challenging conversations and team dynamics, with hands-on experience in virtual leadership training.
- Track record of building structured career ladders, growth pathways, and succession or development plans for high-potential talent across varied departments.
- Proficiency in utilizing HR data, pulse survey feedback, and exit interview insights to identify cultural trends and implement retention strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,500.
- Fully remote position — work from any location within the United States.
