Job Overview
We are seeking a Peon Cum Data Entry Executive based in Ahmedabad to efficiently manage office errands and assist with data-related tasks for the Admin and Accounts departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver challans, invoices, and other office documents to clients and construction sites promptly.
- Retrieve signed challans from clients and ensure their submission to the office.
- Handle various office errands such as banking activities and courier dispatch and receipt.
- Manage courier inward and outward processes thoroughly.
- Perform essential data entry tasks using Excel and ERP systems.
- Operate office equipment including scanning, printing, and photocopying while maintaining orderly records.
- Provide daily operational support to the Admin and Accounts teams.
Candidate Profile
- Completion of 10th or 12th standard education.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and general computer operations.
- Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred to facilitate document delivery.
- Exemplary honesty, punctuality, and responsibility in work approach.
- Experience ranging from freshers up to 2 years is acceptable.
Compensation
The offered monthly salary ranges from ₹13,000 to ₹17,000, depending on the candidate's experience level.
