Position Overview

We are hiring for static and patrol security guard positions within our expanding team. Employment options include full-time, part-time, and casual engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to alarms, conduct patrols, provide escort services, and manage "let-in-let-out" operations according to client instructions.
• Execute static guard duties across a diverse range of locations including commercial buildings, manufacturing facilities, social service organizations, retail outlets, educational institutions, and healthcare environments.
• Be fully informed and comply with specific customer directives concerning alarm responses, patrol duties, and guarding assignments.
• Maintain accurate records and clear communication related to patrol statuses and alarm responses.
• Offer on-call assistance as needed.
• Complete all necessary processes and reports as directed by Sectrol Security periodically.

Essential Requirements

• Possession of a valid Victorian Private Security License.
• Holding a current Victorian Driver’s License.
• Prior experience as a patrol or static security guard.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with the public.
