Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator for the Coatesville location. This front-office role supports patients, medical staff, and providers by managing scheduling, calls, and patient interactions to ensure smooth clinical operations. Prior experience in healthcare is essential.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage incoming telephone calls, appointment scheduling, and web-based inquiries, ensuring a courteous and positive experience for each caller.
