- Run executive business reviews with senior and C-level stakeholders, turning partner objectives into practical plans and measurable results.
- Act as the main strategic contact for your partner portfolio, building strong relationships with leadership teams and keeping priorities aligned.
- Use platform data to spot performance gaps and opportunities, then design and promote initiatives that improve outcomes.
- Convert partner business needs into scalable product ideas, partnering with internal product and engineering teams to shape priorities and influence the roadmap.
- Provide data-backed insights and recommendations that support executive decision-making.
- Work on-site with partner teams when needed to align strategy, drive execution, and deliver results.
- Guide new partners through onboarding onto the HTS Commerce platform so they can transition smoothly and start seeing value quickly.
- Track partner health indicators, surface risks early, and help resolve issues before they affect performance.
- Document repeatable best practices, playbooks, and frameworks that can be shared across the global partner network.

- Excellent communication and executive presence, including comfort leading high-stakes discussions.
- A strategic approach balanced with strong execution skills and the flexibility to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in travel, e-commerce, or SaaS is considered an added advantage.
Perks and Benefits

- 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees.
- Disability and life insurance coverage.
- Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
- DCA/FSA options and access to a 401(k) plan.
About Hopper
Hopper’s mission is to become the world’s leading travel platform, supporting its consumer app, website, and B2B business through HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions). The company uses large-scale data and advanced machine learning to combine travel services with proprietary fintech products, giving travelers more transparency, flexibility, and savings. Its platform reaches hundreds of millions of travelers worldwide, with more than 120 million app downloads and a user base heavily made up of Gen Z and millennial travelers.
Beyond the consumer app, Hopper has grown into a travel fintech provider, commerce platform, and global travel agency that supports major brands. Through HTS, the company strengthens partners’ direct channels by integrating fintech products or powering end-to-end travel portals. Partners include major travel and financial brands such as Capital One, Nubank, Air Canada, and others.
Company Highlights
- Billions of dollars in travel and travel fintech transactions flow through Hopper and HTS channels each year.
- Fintech products such as Cancel for Any Reason and Flight Disruption Assistance have strong customer satisfaction because terms are transparent and resolutions are immediate and straightforward.
- Nearly 30% of app customers buy at least one fintech product during booking, and customers are 1.6 times more likely to buy again when fintech is added to a booking compared with travel alone.
- HTS now represents more than 75% of the business.
- HTS enables airlines, hotels, banks, travel agencies, and other travel providers to integrate Hopper’s fintech or travel inventory into their direct channels.
- Early HTS partnerships included Capital One Travel, and the partner list also includes Air Canada, Uber, CommBank, Nubank, Flair Airlines, and more.
