OUE Restaurants is hiring part-time service crew members for Chen's Mapo Tofu in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering attentive dining service, supporting take-away operations, and helping maintain a clean, well-organized service environment.

The concept has earned the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand recognition for four straight years and aims to serve authentic, bold Chuka Ryori dishes that offer comfort and warmth in an inclusive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer warm, efficient food and beverage service so guests enjoy a pleasant and memorable visit.
• Share information with guests about ongoing and upcoming promotions.
• Support self-collection and takeaway orders by wrapping and packing meals carefully so they remain in good condition.
• Prepare tables and service areas in line with standard operating procedures, following hygiene and safety requirements.
• Respond to customer questions and feedback, and work with supervisors or managers when additional support is needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude, presentable grooming, and a high level of customer service.
• Take on other tasks assigned by supervisors or management to contribute to smooth team operations.

Requirements

• No prior work experience is necessary, as training will be provided on the job.
• Ability to work up to 35 hours per week.
• Strong service mindset and a helpful attitude.
• Energetic, cooperative, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Availability for shift-based work, including weekends and public holidays.
