About the Role

The Karlin Law Firm LLP, a well-established legal practice with six attorneys and a dedicated team including two paralegals, is seeking a seasoned paralegal with over five years of experience in general civil litigation. Located in a convenient two-story office building in Tustin, California, the firm offers a pleasant working environment with ample parking and proximity to several major freeways (5, 55, 22, and 405), as well as a variety of nearby dining options.

Compensation and Benefits

Based on expertise, the salary range is approximately $34 to $46 per hour, translating to an annual salary between $71,000 and $95,000. Additional year-end bonuses and comprehensive benefits comparable to those of larger law firms are provided. Flexible scheduling is available, and occasional remote work is an option. The firm welcomes communication beyond typical office hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Responsibilities

• Support civil litigation cases with proficient paralegal duties
• Manage and organize legal documents and case files
• Assist attorneys in preparing for court proceedings and client meetings
• Conduct legal research relevant to ongoing cases

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a paralegal specializing in general civil litigation
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a legal team
