Role Overview

The Packaging Designer role involves creating outstanding packaging and artwork for beauty products, ensuring quality and brand consistency throughout the entire design lifecycle, from initial concept to product commercialization. This position requires effective collaboration with Brand, NPD, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver on-time, brand-compliant designs that align with high standards within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and supply precise print-ready artwork that fulfills brand, regulatory, and production standards.
• Innovate and implement packaging concepts while ensuring brand alignment across the portfolio.
• Work closely with multiple teams to convert creative briefs into commercially viable packaging designs.
• Maintain detailed artwork documentation and project management records, including naming conventions and status updates.
• Provide support for new product development and packaging changeover initiatives as needed.
• Identify workflow improvements within artwork development and offer packaging design expertise to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, specifically packaging design or artwork production, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or related sectors.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative packaging designs and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, with adaptability to new design technologies.
• Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent design projects, meeting deadlines with precision.
• Excellent skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, capable of effective collaboration across departments.
