Role Overview
Serving as the Owner based full-time in Sharjah, this position carries responsibility for strategic leadership, defining business priorities, and ensuring smooth operations across consulting, training, investigations, and security management areas. The owner will manage client engagements, sanction major initiatives, supervise senior personnel, and guarantee compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards. Additional duties include overseeing fiscal performance, cultivating new business avenues, developing partnerships, and steering marketing and business growth efforts. The role also involves policy development, supporting team growth, and aligning operational practices with the company’s mission of providing intelligence-oriented security and consultancy offerings.
Key Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning capabilities to shape overall direction and manage senior stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of security management, risk evaluation, and investigative methods, preferably within consulting or security organizations.
- Proven skills in business development, client relations, and negotiation to maintain and expand the client portfolio.
- Competence in financial and operational management including budgeting, performance tracking, and resource management.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex security and intelligence topics effectively in both written and oral formats.
- Experience managing diverse teams, fostering professional, ethical, and compliant work environments.
- Relevant academic credentials in security studies, criminology, business administration, law, or allied fields; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Prior leadership or ownership experience in consulting, security services, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry norms in security and investigations within the Middle East and Africa regions.
