Overnight Associate

Position Summary

This role involves delivering excellent customer service through managing tasks related to receiving merchandise and facilitating its movement to the sales floor. Core responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving pallets to and from the sales area, and assisting with merchandise processing, all performed within a safe and clean workplace. The associate collaborates with the team to plan and carry out duties based on workload demands and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing the sales floor for the store's opening.
• Merchandising, setting, and signing promotional displays.
• Handling live unloading of assorted merchandise types.
• Emphasizing labelling and stocking of merchandise in backroom bins and shelves—a key distinction from daytime or evening fulfillment roles.
• Transporting pallets of goods to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assisting in sales floor stocking as needed and providing customer assistance when required.
• Labelling the sales floor in preparation for opening.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, conducting safety checks, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The minimum hourly wage for this position starts at $15.50.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
