Role Overview

As an Outside of School Hours Care Educator at TheirCare, you will play a key role in creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for children. You will bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and care to deliver enjoyable and meaningful experiences for children, families, and staff alike. Responsibilities

• Ensure children feel safe, valued, confident, and listened to.
• Inject creativity, energy, and personality into daily programs.
• Provide exceptional experiences that benefit children and families.
• Foster a supportive, caring atmosphere in the team aligned with TheirCare's mission.
• Create and maintain a safe and inclusive facility where every child is nurtured and protected.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous childcare industry experience is preferred.
• Currently pursuing or holding an ACECQA-approved qualification.
• Possession of a valid Employee Working with Children’s Check for the relevant state.
• Desirable: HLTAID012 First Aid certificate in a childcare setting.
• National Child Safety Training Certification through Gecko.
• Completion of mandatory reporting and Food Safety certificates applicable to your state.
• Availability during key hours: 6:30am–9:00am, 2:30pm–6:30pm, plus optional shifts of 6–8 hours during school holidays.
