Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion HCM solutions tailored to client requirements. This role involves utilizing Fast Formula, HDL, OTBI Reports, and BIP to deliver efficient HR technology solutions. The consultant will also extract necessary data from various sources using SQL to integrate with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Oracle Fusion HCM components using Fast Formula, HDL, OTBI, and BIP reporting tools.
- Retrieve and integrate data from different systems through advanced SQL queries.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Offer ongoing technical assistance and conduct training sessions for end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
Required Qualifications
- Between 8 and 12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or consulting roles.
- Proficient in Fast Formula scripting, HDL data loading processes, OTBI report generation, and BIP report development.
- Skilled in composing complex SQL queries for effective data extraction and integration.
