About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing operational procedures and ensuring the store’s readiness, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will have the opportunity to lead with values, drive customer satisfaction, and shape the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shipment processing, replenish stock, and organize inventory efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for back-of-house operations and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Upkeep store cleanliness, promote safety, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Identify operational challenges and escalate issues promptly.
• Depending on the store’s size and business complexity, you may assume broader leadership duties.

Leadership and Team Development

• Exemplify and uphold company values through daily actions.
• Serve as the Head Coach by guiding coaching efforts, overseeing store zoning, team selling, and participating in personal selling.
• Coach and foster growth in associates and leaders.
• Manage daily workforce actions effectively.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth store operations.
• Model leadership competencies and promote company policies and procedures.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Genuine passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Competency in real-time coaching.
• Preferred 1 to 2 years of retail experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing.
• Comfortable and proficient in using technologies such as headsets, mobile devices, and computers.

Compensation Details

The pay range for this position is from $17.80 to $21.25 per hour. Actual compensation is influenced by your expertise, skills, and location.
