Operations Executive - Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery

About the Role

Join a pioneering team at Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations, dedicated to designing and launching innovative business models across the AMET region. As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing fast delivery services, overseeing 3P store operations, and ensuring strict adherence to Amazon policies such as attendance tracking. Your leadership will inspire, coach, and manage associate performance focusing on productivity, quality, and safety to meet or surpass Amazon’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day end-to-end Under The Roof (UTR) operations at either a large site or multiple smaller sites, managing store-level functions.
• Ensure customer-facing metrics, operational quality goals, and safety standards are achieved while maintaining team morale.
• Drive performance management by developing and implementing training and development programs for pickers.
• Collaborate closely with merchant partners to refine operational processes and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Conduct daily 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits at stores to maintain operational excellence.
• Act as a substitute for the Area Manager when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Proven experience in operational roles.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) are essential.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or customer-facing environments.
