Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator is a pivotal operational partner supporting interdisciplinary efforts across Operations, IT, and Procurement departments. This position involves managing projects, vendor relations, and facilitating effective communication between internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cross-functional operational projects from planning stages through to completion.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and associated risks.
- Maintain key operational documents including SOPs, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Generate reports, dashboards, agendas, and executive summaries for various stakeholders.
- Assist leadership with operational strategy and special projects.
- Work alongside technical teams to coordinate system rollouts, vendor integrations, and feature enhancements.
- Gather and document business and operational requirements to support technical implementations.
- Partner with Procurement to manage inventory planning, monitor vendor performance, track purchasing timelines, and address supply chain challenges.
- Serve as the primary contact for designated vendors, managing onboarding, performance against SLAs, and review meetings.
- Produce and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for process improvements.
- Coordinate meetings, manage action items, and prepare executive presentations and communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Between three to five years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business operations roles.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational aptitude and project management capabilities.
- Excellent skills in both written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with project management software platforms.
- Analytical mindset with sound problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working alongside technical or software development teams.
- Background in procurement or supply chain support functions.
- Vendor management proficiency.
- Ability to develop dashboards and operational reports.
- Knowledge of healthcare, telehealth, pharmacy, or regulated industry sectors.

Compensation
Annual salary range between $65,000 and $85,000.
