About the Role
An established and respected firm specializing in financial planning is seeking a skilled Operations Administrator. This pivotal role supports the daily operational activities of the business, ensures regulatory compliance, enhances internal workflows, and guarantees efficient client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership and team members to manage operational tasks.
- Prepare documentation for new business and develop client presentations.
- Maintain precise client records and generate routine management reports.
- Assist with internal audits and review company policies and procedures regularly.
- Manage compliance documentation and contribute to meeting regulatory demands.
- Coordinate anti-money laundering (AML) and compliance training initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and offer comprehensive operational support throughout the company.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Demonstrated success in operations, compliance, or administrative roles within financial services.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possession of a QFA or APA qualification is advantageous.
- Experience working in financial planning, wealth management, or brokerage settings is highly preferred.
Additional Information
Location: Dublin 4, hybrid working arrangement available.
Salary range: €45,000 to €50,000 annually plus bonus and benefits.
The position is available for immediate start.
